EQTEC Engineered Quartz Technology GmbH offers innovative production technology for the continuous manufacturing of artificial stone panels by means of double belt presses. Quartz stone as a product is an alternative to natural stone and other hard surface panels and can be found in such applications as countertops, floorings or wall claddings.
The patented EQTEC system in combination with a double belt press allows for customized manufacturing of quartz stone panels in practically any desired length, width and thickness. EQTEC’S production technology can provide – for the first time ever – a 5mm ready-to-use quartz stone panel for architects, engineers and the construction industry and subsequently facilitates multiple new end user applications.
For quartz stone producers – and those who want to become one –, the EQTEC production line presents a more efficient manufacturing method (compared to the standard patch production process) that not only yields increased output, but also leads to an enormous reduction in the use of raw materials and other resources.
